1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f333 ("f333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://f333.im (the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered personal account held by a Player on the f333 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or match bonus awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary currency of the f333 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by f333 before processing withdrawals or at any point f333 deems necessary.
• "Platform" means the f333 website, mobile web experience, and any related services accessible at https://f333.im.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 8 of these Terms as being strictly forbidden on the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the f333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and depositing your own funds — not funds that belong to a third party.

f333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the f333 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be closed, and any associated funds may be voided at f333's discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If any information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly or notify our support team at [email protected].

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. f333 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. All activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

f333 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time, including but not limited to: before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold, or if there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of residential address dated within the last three months.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

f333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f333 does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time. The availability of individual payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no universal maximum deposit limit, though f333 reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Upay are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via Rocket may take 1–2 hours. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically credited within one business day, subject to bank processing.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. f333 targets the following withdrawal processing times: bKash, Nagad, and Upay within 24 hours; Rocket within 48 hours; Visa and Mastercard within 3–5 business days. These timelines are subject to verification status and may be extended in cases of ongoing compliance review.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the f333 Platform are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f333 does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which f333 accepts no responsibility. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate is determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

f333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. We operate in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must only be made from payment sources registered in your own name. f333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any suspicious transaction activity will be investigated, and f333 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report to the relevant authorities where required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

f333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion — after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳500, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Any single bet exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at f333's sole discretion.

6.4 Eligible Games

Not all games on the f333 Platform contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates and lists of excluded games are published in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide, most slot games contribute 100% to wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

f333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to exploit promotional terms, coordinating with other players to exploit offers, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the f333 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Platform or any third party. Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are subject to those providers' game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's records shall be treated as the definitive record of the event.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are placed subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. f333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the underlying sporting event.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or other technical fault that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, f333 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. f333 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors outside of our direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the part of the Player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the methods described in Section 6.5.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward f333 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the f333 Platform — including but not limited to the f333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of f333 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written permission of f333. Any unauthorised use of f333 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

f333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

f333 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring — to protect your personal data and Account information. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and f333 cannot provide an absolute guarantee of data security.

11 Responsible Gaming

You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by f333's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. f333's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of your Account balance at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments to These Terms

f333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes are being made — in which case f333 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. f333 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play standards; however, f333 does not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals from any particular governmental body.

Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the transaction in question.

These Terms are written in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between language versions.
